  • It is better not to cook buckwheat, but steam without adding salt, spices, milk, oil and sauces;
  • In addition to the water, you can drink an sugar -free green leafy tea.

If you feel malaise, headache or lethargy during a buckwheat diet, then you can cook and drink the next decoction - mix 200 g of 1/2 teaspoon water.Honey.This "lemonade" will guarantee glucose intake in the body, but will not slow down the weight loss process.

Do not forget to strictly monitor the amount of drunk water during the day: this is very important for any rigorous diet.

An approximate power circuit during the day may appear as follows:

  • In the morning: a decoction of water and honey and two slices of lemon;

According to the buckwheat diet, cereals must have insisted on hot water and not to cook, therefore all the beneficial substances are better preserved.For this evening, 200 g of cereals pour 0.5 l of boiling water and leave under the lid during the night.In the morning the dish is ready.If the cereal has not absorbed all the water, drain them.According to the buckwheat diet, there is such a porridge without salt, sugar, spices and sauces.This is a classic version of the buckwheat diet, but there are also softer options:

  • Porridge of buckwheat plus kefir -Crosites the day you eat 200 g of buckwheat and you can drink Kefir, no more than half a liter, eat buckwheat in the main meals and drink Kefir with each other and an hour before bedtime;
  • Buckwheat porridge with dried fruit. One day it is allowed to eat 200-300 g of buckwheat, which had previously been insisted before the consistency of the porridge with the addition of 150 g of dried fruits.This porridge must be divided evenly into all meals.And again - don't eat 5 hours before bedtime.

How to get out after a buckwheat diet

When the buckwheat diet is over, you have to return to the usual powerless diet.Add new products should be gradually, in the first week it is advisable to eat low -fat foods rich in protein and cook dishes for steam or oven.The fried, salty and sharp dishes are unacceptable in the first week after leaving the buckwheat diet, since during the single -edite the body received some salt and should be added a little to the food, gradually increasing in the usual level of salt.In addition, it is not necessary to rely on flour and desserts products, let's say only dark chocolate in small quantities.

Make the diet for the next two weeks after the buckwheat diet from dietary dishes rich in protein, add a little carbohydrates, in the form of vegetables and fruit, dairy products -low -fat and cheese -cheese content are allowed.At the end of the second week, you can add some fat products to the diet (butter, walnuts, avocado, fat fish, etc.).But if you do not want the weight to come back, then the diet must basically be reviewed and made healthier. 

Collective "harmful" products for the figure (fast food, sweet soda, mayonnaise, desserts and industrial semifinites products, etc.), it is better to return to your diet.Otherwise, very soon there will be the need for a buckwheat diet.

Attention, there are contraindications!

Since sugar and salt are completely excluded in buckwheat, headaches may occur or blood pressure can occur.A strong shortage of glucose can lead to a decrease in brain performance.Therefore, you can experience the malaise, note that you have become missing and inattentive.

The buckwheat diet is categorically contraindicated to people with diseases such as diabetes, stomach or intestine ulcer, hypertension.In addition, it is not suitable for teenagers, women during breastfeeding or for pregnant women.As well as for people with chronic diseases.
